The CRM in CulinaryCube now records what was discussed with a customer, what needs doing next, and where your sales stand.
Activities
Calls, emails, meetings and notes can be logged on customers and contacts.
- The new Activities tab on a customer shows them as a timeline, with Load older for earlier entries.
- Contacts have their own timeline too.
- The customer list's Last contact column shows when something last happened.
- On the CRM overview, the CRM activities card sums up the latest entries.
- An activity can be about an Event, and then shows About that Event.
Tasks
Tasks have a title, a due date and an assignee, and can optionally be linked to a customer, contact, Event or offer.
- In the cockpit, the Tasks card sits beside Needs attention.
- Overdue tasks appear as alerts and in the bell.
- The CRM overview has My tasks; a customer has a Tasks tab.
- Tick the checkbox to complete a task.
- Members create and close their own tasks. Managers assign tasks to active members with the For field, which defaults to Myself.
Sales pipeline and customer segments
- The Sales pipeline card shows the stages Inquiry, Offer and Won, from your Events and offers.
- The Customer segments card splits your customers into existing customers, prospects and inactive. Existing customers have an accepted offer or a completed Event; inactive customers have had nothing happen for 12 months. Archived customers are not counted.
- The customer list has new Events (with the number in planning) and Revenue (this year) columns.
Fixed
- Activity times are shown in your organisation's time zone, no longer in UTC.
